BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A Bismarck woman is accused of getting into a crash while driving drunk with two teenagers in her vehicle.

Thirty-eight-year-old Debbie Trehus faces several misdemeanors including drunken driving, and a felony child neglect or abuse charge. She could face more than seven years in prison if convicted.

The Bismarck Tribune reports Judge Tom Schneider set bond for Trehus at $1,000 cash or surety. Court documents do not list an attorney for her, and a telephone listing could not be found.

Police allege that Trehus' vehicle crashed into a power line pole about 3:30 a.m. Sunday, breaking it in half.
