I have to admit, I haven't written too many things nice about Minot, North Dakota before.

It's just something that is ingrained into your head growing up in Bismarck.  Maybe it's the sports rivalries or the fact we're jealous they have the state fair.  Either way, Bismarck and Minot tend to get along like dogs and cats.  We tolerate each other but we don't hang out a whole lot.

However, there is a home for sale in the Magic City that is truly "magical".

A home that would likely make most of us move 100 miles to the north if we could actually afford it.  This home looks like it belongs on the Dutton Ranch somewhere near the Yellowstone.

Introducing 4901 38th Street Southeast just outside of Minot, North Dakota.

According to Zillow, this 4 bedroom 4 bath show stopper features a stucco exterior with rustic log accents and 4340 square feet.  The home is wrapped around with maintenance-free composite decking, and a hunter-green maintenance-free steel roof.

The home has 8 garage spaces with a 50 by 56 shop that has plenty of room for all your toys, situated 9.32 acres.  Inside the home, you'll find a beautiful cypress hardwood floor throughout.  An open concept that has both a modern and rustic look.

How much will this Minot mansion set you back?  Try $1,100,000.

And it looks to be worth every penny.  The home sits in rural southeast Minot but is still only a short drive to town.

So, without further ado, let's take a look at this stunning home.
