If the late-winter snowfall has you a bit down this morning, maybe a video of Carson Wentz throwing footballs on two-feet as he continues his recovery from injury will make you feel better.

The Philadelphia Eagles quarterback from Bismarck is still recovering from his torn left ACL, but it appears there's definitely progress being made. Wentz shared a video of him throwing on his Instagram account that's currently making the rounds on Twitter.

Wentz is clearly wearing a knee brace to protect his surgically repaired ACL. Notice that he's also planting to throw on his injured left leg, which shows the type of progress he's making in his rehab.

It's still very much up in the air as to what kind of timetable there is for his return as the Eagles starting quarterback, although Wentz has spoken optimistically about being back in time for Week 1 of the regular season. The Eagles certainly don't want to rush their franchise quarterback after such a significant injury, so only time will tell.

But progress is progress. Here's to hoping we see Carson Wentz fully healthy, playing at the level we know he can sooner than later.
