Charges Filed Against Four In Kirkwood Mall Attack

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Police have filed charges in the alleged assault of a woman carrying a 2-year-old child in a Bismarck mall.

Authorities say the woman was attacked by four females whom she knew on Feb. 21 at Kirkwood Mall. She was not seriously hurt, but video of the incident has been shared hundreds of times on social media.

Disorderly conduct charges have been filed against two adult women. Two juvenile girls are charged with disorderly conduct, simple assault and criminal trespass. More charges might be filed.
