Christmas With Us 2014 – Nominee #2

This nominee is married and has 2 children. He is unable to work right now due to the fact that his 11-year-old daughter has just been diagnosed with Loeys-Dietz syndrome, a very deadly disease that affects all her connective tissues in her body.

On November 12 of this year, she had to have open heart surgery to repair her aorta that turned into an aneurism. She is now in ICU and expected to be there for a few days. We live near Bismarck but had to bring her to mayo clinic in Rochester, MN for all this medical care. His wife has just recently been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and she needs medical care as well but that can be done in Bismarck. This family really needs a break and a good Christmas, so hopefully they can find some help somewhere.
