Deering Man Pleads Guilty to Sex With 14 Year-Old
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A 23-year-old Deering man has reached a plea agreement with prosecutors in which he admits to having sex with a 14-year-old girl.
Aaron Gebur pleaded guilty Wednesday to felony gross sexual imposition. The state and defense have recommended a 15-year prison sentence. Gebur also would have to register as a sex offender upon his release.
A judge must agree to the terms. A sentencing date was not immediately set.
KXMB-TV reports that the girl in the case had become pregnant and a DNA test confirmed that Gebur was the father of her baby.
