Downtown Bismarck Lunch Traffic Backed Up Due to DAPL
Lunchtime traffic was a mess around the William L. Guy Federal Building due to DAPL protesters on Thursday, November 17th.
Police formed a line at the front door of the courthouse and what is becoming the norm when DAPL gather to protest, the public against DAPL chant in opposing of the protest.
There were a few arrest made at the time of publishing this story.
The downtown area around the protest on Rosser Avenue is still open but is congested with protesters and regular downtown traffic.
Assisting the Bismarck Police Department were Fargo Police, Morton and Burleigh County Sheriff’s Department, State Police and Mandan Police Department.
