On Thursday (June 28th), the beer was brewing and flowing at Edwinton Brewing Company in the Bismarck Depot on East Main Avenue as it opened to the public.

The brewery opens after roughly three and a half years of construction, Edwinton Brewing Company in downtown Bismarck is finally open. In an interview with the Bismarck Tribune, owner Dale Zimmerman mentioned that he didn't think this day would ever come, but they seem to be ready.

The new brewery at the old train depot will feature 12 in-house beers and are hoping to grow that number to 16. But they won't have just beer. The new German-style brewpub menu will include Bavarian pretzels, schnitzel sandwiches, and pheasant brats.

The new establishment includes murals that pay homage to the four former U.S. presidents that have visited Bismarck.

Edwinton Brewing Company will be open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. at 403 East Main Avenue in Bismarck. You can find more info on their menu here. You can also find more info about the new establishment on their Facebook page here.
