Miss North Dakota, and now Miss America, Cara Mund took some time out from her increasingly busy schedule since winning the crown to talk with HOT 97.5's Jax.

The interviewed happened Monday on "Big Stuff in the Afternoon with Jax." Cara talked about what it means to be the first Miss North Dakota to win the Miss America Pageant, the several stages of competing in the pageant, what it was like behind-the-scenes of the competition, her duties as Miss America, and how she hopes to inspire people throughout her journey.

She also mentioned what Chris Harrison (host of 'The Bachelor,' 'The Bachelorette,' and the Miss America Pageant) is like professionally. Cara even accepted a 'dance-off' challenge from Jax when she comes back to Bismarck (if you saw her dance routine in the talent competition during the pageant, you know this won't end well for Jax).
