Footage from Severe Thunderstorms in North Dakota on July 21st [VIDEO]

Late yesterday afternoon, severe thunderstorms ripped through western and central North Dakota. While damage was relatively minimal, the storms still packed a wallop.

Storm chaser Matt Phelps followed the band of storms from Dickinson to Tuttle and captured the footage above.

While the footage doesn't show much more than what we saw here in Bismarck-Mandan, there are still some interesting moments in the video, including what appears to be a possible tornado attempting to form around the :45 second mark.
