GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — One of two suspects in the fatal shooting of a man in Grand Forks is in custody.

Police arrested the 18-year-old man Wednesday on an unrelated warrant for failing to pay fines. Charges against him were pending in the Tuesday slaying of 24-year-old Jose Lopez.

Police are continuing to search for a 29-year-old man also wanted in connection with Lopez's death. He is considered armed and dangerous.

Lopez was found in an apartment building early Tuesday with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital, where he died of his injuries.
