If you're a woman with an interest in hunting, a hunter education certification class if being offered in Bismarck on August 17, prior to the upcoming fall hunting season.

The class will be held from 6-9 p.m. at the North Dakota Game and Fish Department's main office. Classroom activities will consist of instruction, internet classes, and a written exam. Class participants will have two weeks to finish the online portion, then take a short exam, and have a certificate of completion printed at the conclusion. The class will gather August 31 for final discussion before the final written exam is taken.

Students can register online at the Game and Fish Department's website, gf.nd.gov. To register, click on 'Buy and Apply,' and "Online Course Enrollment" under the hunter education heading. The course number is 2762.
