Is That A Turtle In Your Pants?

Here is one for the books! According to Novi Patch.com, a man crossing the boarding from Canada into the US was busted with, not just a turtle in his pants, but 50 turtles tucked away in his britches!

A Windsor, Ontario, man was arrested Wednesday by border patrol agents after he allegedly tried to smuggle more than 50 turtles hidden in his underpants and strapped elsewhere to his body into the United States.

According to arrest reports, Kai Xu was busted at the Detroit-Windsor border after authorities noticed irregular and odd shaped objects in his pants while crossing customs.

"In the pants of XU were several North American species, including Eastern box turtles, diamondback Terrapins, endangered spotted turtles and red-eared sliders, which are considered one of the world’s worst invasive species". Some of these bad boys could fetch up to $800!

After authorities received a tip on XU, and started to tail him and once at customs, they notices several bulges in his britches. It didn't seem like what ever it was in his pants, belonged where they were!
