Jake Owen Surprises Fans in Parking Lot Before Bismarck Concert

Jake Owen proved the adoration he has for his fans is authentic, as he surprised a group of lucky fans in the parking lot of the Bismarck Civic Center before his concert Saturday night. It all started when Andrew, the most patriotic member of 1033 US Country's street team, tweeted at Owen to come find his group of friends. Much to the surprise of everyone, Jake tweeted back:

After waiting for what seemed like forever, we spotted a long-haired Floridian cruising through the Bismarck Civic Center parking lot in a golf cart.
