JAMESTOWN, N.D. (AP) — Jamestown police say an early morning home invasion ended with a man being shot.

Lt. Justin Blinsky tells KQDJ radio that the man who broke into the home shortly before 12:30 a.m. Friday got into a confrontation with the homeowner and was shot. He was taken to a Fargo hospital with injuries that Blinsky says do not appear to be life-threatening.

There was another male and female in the house during the incident. Blinsky says all of the people appear to know one another.
