Kip Moore has joined with the Academy of Country Music and the Make-a-Wish Foundation to make one young girl's dream a reality. Fifteen-year-old Sydney, who hails from South Texas, found out that her wish would be granted when Moore called her at her home and shared the news that she would be joining him in Las Vegas, Nev., during the weekend of the 2018 ACM Awards. Readers can press play above to watch the touching conversation between the country star and his very special fan.

"So I have been doing a little research on your story," Moore tells Sydney. "I am playing a show on Friday night at Stoney's, and I was thinking that maybe you could come as my guest and come backstage and hang out with me and the band, does that sound ..."

"Yes sir! I would love to!" Sydney responds, before Moore promises her a few more "tricks up his sleeve" while she is in Las Vegas for the awards show. Moore is performing at the ACM Party for a Cause: Stoney’s Tailgate Party, which is set to take place on Friday night (April 13), in advance of the awards show.

Since 2005, the Academy of Country Music has joined with artists to fulfill the wishes of any children that have wished to attend the awards weekend. Drawing inspiration from the video for his latest song "Last Shot," Moore donated the funding necessary to make Sydney's wish come true.

The 2018 ACM Awards are set to air live on CBS beginning at 8PM ET on April 15. The ceremony will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
