Former Nashville star Lennon Stella may also be a future Nashville star.

The 19-year-old singer-songwriter released her debut EP, Love, me, in November, and she's among the rising artists Nashville's Tennessean newspaper has spotlighted as one of Nashville's next stars.

Stella shot to fame as one-half of the sibling duo Lennon & Maisy alongside her younger sister, Maisy Stella. They played sisters Maddie and Daphne Conrad on Nashville from 2012-2018, and Lennon signed a solo record deal in January of 2018. Her EP followed in November, and Stella co-wrote all five of the project's songs, including singles "Bad," "Breakaway" and "Fortress." Her sophisticated, sultry pop is a far cry from the acoustic country-pop she made with her sister on Nashville, and it's set her on an entirely new career path as a rising pop star.

The singer capped off her solo success by joining Jonas Blue and One Direction singer Liam Payne on "Polaroid," and she's set to embark on her Love, me Tour in March, with a number of the upcoming dates already sold out well in advance.

The Tennessean calls Stella's EP "wildly promising," citing her as "a smooth and expressive vocalist." She appears on the Tennessean's list of Nashville movers and shakers alongside "Best Shot" singer Jimmie Allen, "Somebody's Daughter" singer Tenille Townes and Cody Johnson. Rapper and singer Daisha McBride is also spotlighted, along with 2017 Taste of Country RISER Brandon Lay, Mitchell Tenpenny and British Americana singer-songwriter Yola.
