Lincoln Man Dies in ATV Rollover Near Medora

LINCOLN, N.D. (AP) — Authorities have released the name of a 37-year-old Lincoln man killed in a rollover crash while riding an all-terrain vehicle in Billings County.

The North Dakota State Highway Patrol says Seth Elkins was traveling southeast on a road near Medora just before midnight Friday. It says Elkins lost control of the ATV after attempting to negotiate a turn through a nearby gate and into a pasture.

The Highway Patrol says the ATV overturned and came to rest on top of Elkins.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

An investigation is ongoing.
