Bryan Michael Satterwhite, 20, tried to get away from the long arm of the law, but he failed. He now is tagged with felony charges for aggravated assault after he was re-captured after a brief taste of freedom.

Wednesday afternoon, Nov 9th, Satterwhite was being transported to Grand Forks from the State Hospital in Jamestown when he made his get away from the transport van. He ran from a Grand Forks deputy. He got away on foot when officials started a search for Satterwhite. Joining the search were the Jamestown Police, Stutsman Sheriff and ND Highway patrol.

He was found a short time later less than a mile away from his getaway site. He had the taste of freedom for about 2 hours.
