BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — More than100 people turned out for a march to honor North Dakota soldiers killed in the war on terror.

The National Guard on Sunday hosted its 7th annual Military Appreciation Road March. The 9-mile walk began at a memorial at the Guard's headquarters in Bismarck and ended at the state Veterans Cemetery south of Mandan.

The annual march also honors all veterans as well as soldiers who are currently serving.
