ND Country Fest is attracting fans from over 30 states across the country and here is a huge opportunity for Morton County and North Dakota to play host to many visitors.

The addition to the NDCF experience this year was the addition of a third night, starting on Thursday. This night was designated as Give Back Night. The admission was free, but there was a suggested donation of $10 to benefit the Morton County 4-H and FFA.

The night featured live entertainment from Brianna Helbling, Small Town Boys and Confederate Railroad on the new 3-story stage and jumbo video screen.

The crowds responded with enthusiasm and enjoyed a night of entertainment with temperatures in the lower 70's. Let's face it, this was a great night for a concert!

The visitors enjoyed a beautiful sunset as Salem Sue looked on from her hill.

It's Friday and the line up includes Church of Cash, Neal McCoy and Montgomery Gentry with a tribute to Troy Gentry.

You'll enjoy the food, music and camping. I found everyone has  a different expectation and want to enjoy their own experience. Some enjoy the music while others enjoy the camping atmosphere and then others enjoy all of it!

The weather is perfect for ND Country Fest! New Salem will experience dry and hot conditions with a slight chance of afternoon showers for the final two days.

A word of advice, a few items you may want to pack are bug repellant, lip balm, sunscreen and if you wear contacts, solution is highly recommended.

We'll see you at NDCF!
