MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — Voters in New Hampshire started lining up at the polls to vote in the presidential primary.State law requires polls to be open between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m., but some polling stations opened at 6 a.m. The tiny towns of Hart's Location, Dixville and Millsfield had permission to open their polls at midnight. They closed once everyone had voted.
