It wouldn't be a real Donald Trump appearance without a protest or two, would it?

According to The Bismarck Tribune, two different groups have filed with the Bismarck Police Department to protest during Donald Trump's appearance at the Bismarck Event Center on Thursday, May 26th.

Trump is appearing as part of the Williston Basin Petroleum Conference, which is being held May 24th through the 26th in Bismarck.

One of the protests, which is being called a 'Peaceful Donald Trump Protest in Bismarck,' has had more than 150 people confirm their attendance via the Facebook event page, which you can see HERE. Another 320 have said they are interested in attending.

The protest promises to have speakers and a booth set up to promote voting. The protests will be set up along South 5th Street, which will be closed to traffic, according to The Bismarck Tribune.

The groups have been advised of the rules regarding the protests and the Bismarck Police Department doesn't expect there to be any major issues.
