Jennifer Rodgers was doing her normal routine of driving home from work when a flashing lights appeared in her rear view mirror. Christian County sheriff Bob Kindermann approached the vehicle with what seems like a normal traffic stop. What Jennifer didn't know, this was not routine traffic stop.

Jennifer was not aware that her boyfriend, Chad Defrates returned from serving overseas was in the cop car, and he enlisted the help of local authorities to surprise Jennifer. Not only surprise her with his unexpected return home, but also with his marriage proposal. This is where the traffic stop comes all together.
