SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH for the Area Until 11 PM CST

The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH until 11PM-CST. The counties included in the watch area include Burleigh, Grant, Kidder, Sioux, Emmons and Morton.

The cities included in the watch area include Bismarck, Mandan, Ashley, Elgin and Fort Yates.

This system has produced hail and gusty winds. The rain maker is moving much faster than the slow moving system from the weekend that produce between 4-6 inches of rain in the Buelah area.
