For the second straight year, North Dakotans consumed more beer than any other state in our great nation.

It's no secret that North Dakotans love their beer. They love it so much, actually, that the state of North Dakota has been ranked as the third drunkest in the country by the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism.

Come on guys! Are we proud of this statistic? According to Men's Health, 49% of us pretend to be sleeping or napping to avoid chores around the house.  Really? Are you in that number?

Do we really need a day to appreciate BEER? Apparently so and TODAY is that DAY! It's BEER DAY! I don't know who came up with it, I don't know what one should do on BEER DAY, but I guess the obvious, Have a BEER!

LINDEN, Mich. (AP) — A superintendent says a Michigan teacher gave non-alcoholic beer to a classroom of fifth graders as part of a history lesson.

We already know residents of North Dakota like to drink, but now we know what exactly they're drinking, thanks to a handy map from the folks over at Blowfish.

In the few short months that I've been at 96.5 The Fox, there are probably a few things you already know about me: 1.) I enjoy posting photos of attractive women and 2.) I like beer. That second point is especially important today because a new brewery is open in Bismarck-Mandan!
