The high temperature marks on Mars have been higher than they have been in ND the past few days.

At 8:30am on Saturday (Dec. 30), Bismarck Police responded to a call of a man lying in the snow near the Lewis and Clark Riverboat.

At this time last year, we had windchills around -50. This year has been much better.

In this cold weather, we all have to think about our pets and livestock.

The nicer and warmer weather will return Sunday but for today, old man winter returns and the Bismarck-Mandan area can expect between 1-3 inches of snow today.

The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a WIND CHILL ADVISORY for the Bismarck-Mandan area as low temperatures will dip to minus 13 and wind chill values will drop down from minus 30 to 35 in the area. The wind chill advisory is in effect from midnight until 12 noon Tuesday...
