Anyone that has ever done any sort of traveling knows that there are some pretty strange names for places across our country. Now, we have a list of the most ridiculous.

This is somewhat unusual from Thrillist. The guys that brought us the best BBQ in every state, the best dive bar and so on. Here, the website tackles the biggest douche bag in every state in the country.

Sometimes I feel like I keep reading the same thing. I'm not! But it does feel like Thrillist keep regurgitating the same old poop with a deferent title. We already did the oldest restaurant in the state. We've done the best restaurant in the state. Now Thrillist has the most iconic bar in each state.

Thanks to Thrillist, this publication continues to provide me an endless amount of stories to write about and I'm very proud to share this NoDak award with you!

The folks at Thrillist have done it again. They are always doing these interesting polls and rankings for various things and subjects that you and I never think about.

Every state has that one thing, that one event that defines the state. For example, in Alaska, it would be the Iditarod. Nebraska would be the College World Series. What could it be for North Dakota?
