The 15 Biggest Concerts Ever At The Bismarck Event Center

The Bismarck Event Center was originally known as the Bismarck Civic Center.

The concert venue officially switched to the Bismarck Event Center back in 2014.  The Bismarck Event Center holds just over 10,000 people for larger concerts and is a multi-purpose facility for trade shows, conventions, and more.

Did you know the land purchased for the Bismarck Event Center came from the Wachter family of Bismarck?  That's according to Wikipedia.  They even donated the land for the adjacent parking lots.

The Bismarck Event Center has had several area sports teams call it home over the years.

Including the Bismarck Bobcats NAHL Junior hockey team for a short while, The Dakota Wizards of the Continental Basketball Association, (NBA Development League), and the Bismarck Bucks in the CIF Indoor Football League.

I recently sat down with Amanda Yellow, Sales, and Marketing Manager for the Bismarck Event Center to discuss concerts.

I wanted to know what were the 15 biggest concerts draws ever for the Bismarck Civic or Bismarck Event Center.

Like most venues, the former Bismarck Civic Center did not have electronic attendance records before 2005.  A calendar system was used for attendance.  Because of this Mrs. Yellow compared notes and records with the Bismarck Events Center Officer Supervisor and here are the top 15 concerts of all time for Bismarck.
