From this research the website created various maps ranking state schools in various categories.

They have everything from the biggest party school to the winningest football team to the highest rentals in dorms. This list has everything and all the numbers.

Let's take a closer look at the NoDak colleges.

Most Selective College - Dickinson State University

  • Location – Dickinson, North Dakota
  • Acceptance Rate – 49%
  • Number of Applications Received – 417
  • Total Undergraduates – 1,837

Most Desirable College - North Dakota State University

  • Location – Fargo, North Dakota
  • Number of Applications Received – 5,812
  • Acceptance Rate – 84%
  • Total Undergraduates – 11,988

Most Expensive Dorm Room- North Dakota State University - $7,300

Oldest State College- University of North Dakota

  • Location – Grand Forks, ND
  • Date Founded – 1883
  • UND was founded in February,while University of Jamestown was founded in later in the year.

Biggest Party School - University of North Dakota

  • Location – Grand Forks, ND
  • Undergrad Population – 9,655
  • College Prowler Party Rating – 7.39

Tamest Party School - University of Mary

  • Location – Bismarck, ND
  • Undergrad Population – 1,722 
  • College Prowler Tameness Rating – 8.24
