Active Times recently released a list of the most overrated tourist attractions in every state, and the attraction for North Dakota is a little misleading.

There are personal bucket lists and some people make a list of things and places they must do or see in this lifetime.

There are even books published on the best things and activities to do in every state.

Active Times published a list of overrated tourism traps in every state, and the attraction for North Dakota, and their reasoning are very weak in my opinion.

The Theodore Roosevelt National Park is the listing for our state. The reasoning is "a lot of driving to see very little".

How wrong can Active Times be! First, TRNP is in the Black Hills of North Dakota. The wildlife is abundant in the park. There are non-stop activates year round in the park. Nearby is Medora, and the musical.

Active Times got it all wrong.
