The Real Hauntings of Fort Abraham Lincoln – The Custer House [WATCH]
The final stop of the haunted tour at Fort Abraham Lincoln was at the iconic Custer House and it did not disappoint.
As a Bismarck native, I grew up hearing the stories of the hauntings at Fort Abraham Lincoln, but is it really haunted?
Staff members have reported hearing footsteps, voices and seeing figures at the Fort for many years. We asked our friend Matt to give us a tour of the stables, barracks and Custer House after dark to discuss some of the paranormal activity in each building.
After we checked out the stables and barracks, it was time for the most haunted and iconic building at Fort Lincoln; The Custer House. I was definitely the most on edge during this tour. The building was very eerie and made you feel uneasy. Make sure you take a close look at the drapes during our interview in the billiard room. Is it just me, or are they moving?!
Be sure to watch our video above. The next video in our series will highlight the most haunted spot at Fort Lincoln, the Custer House. You won’t want to miss it!
