Here at Townsquare Media, you know the names and faces you see at various events and the voices you hear on the radio. There is also a huge support team that you never see or hear on the radio and they are just as important as the on air personalities.

Actually without the support team behind the scenes, we couldn't do what we do. One of those people behind the scene is Bradley Fisher or "Brad" as we call him. He's been employed at TSM a little less than a year and his official title is board operator. He's the guy back at the station when we're broadcasting live at an event.

Brad is a huge country music fan and dedicated employee. No one can ever claim Brad is lazy, his position at TSM is one of four jobs he juggles. Not only a dedicated and hard worker but also a huge country fan making it to most concerts that are within driving distance. I know he's been to WE Fest and just about every country concert in Bismarck.

Knowing how huge of a country music fan Brad is, it was no surprise when he requested the days off to travel to Minneapolis to see Garth Brooks. What I did not know at the time was Brad going to the concert was helping a local man with Cerebral Palsy dream come true!

Seth Kasper is a 22-year-old man from Bismarck with Cerebral Palsy. The two met at a local banquet and quickly became friends. It was through that friendship that Brad knew that it was a life long dream of Seth's to see Garth Brooks in concert.

This dream started to become reality a few months back when the Garth tickets went on sale. Bradley purchased a couple of tickets and the plan is to leave Thursday from Bismarck and the two will see Garth Brooks Friday night in Minneapolis.

According to Brad the pair will first drive to Fargo to stay with Kasper’s family before finishing the trip to Minneapolis, and stopping off at Mall of America.
