Two Car Collison On 9th Street In Bismarck With Injuries [WATCH]

Icy streets could have contributed to a two vehicle accident on 9th Street in Bismarck Friday Night, reported at 530 PM.

The Bismarck Police and Fire Department responded along with Metro Ambulance. Both cars sustained major damage.
