North Dakota State head football coach Chris Klieman had the opportunity to throw out the first pitch at Wednesday's St. Louis Cardinals game, after speaking to the team's front office staff earlier in the day.

Klieman's pitch, which you can see in the video posted to Twitter below, was just a bit outside (to say the least):

According to InForum, Klieman was asked to speak to the Cardinals' front office staff about leadership and culture by the team's performance coach.

It was the second time this season that Klieman threw out the first pitch at a Major League Baseball game. Earlier this year, the Minnesota Twins invited the coach to throw out the first pitch before one of their games, as they honored the 5-time FCS champion Bison football team.

Klieman's pitch before the Twins game was much better than his pitch Wednesday night.
