It's not out of the ordinary to see an anti Dakota Access Pipeline protest in the Bismarck-Mandan area. However, DAPL supporters decided to start a protest of their own.

DAPL protesters made their way to 12th St. in Bismarck on Tuesday, November 15th. This time, they were met by DAPL supporters who held signs that read 'Bury the Pipeline' and 'GO DAPL.'

As to be expected, there has been backlash and support of both protesting groups by people in vehicles driving by.

Law enforcement was on hand to help regulate both sides of the protest.
