BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Women testifying in the trial of a man accused of sex trafficking in the Williston area allege Keith Graves used a handgun, bat and fists to keep them in line.

They also testified Wednesday that he raped them and forced them into prostitution. One woman said she was forced at gunpoint to inject another woman with methamphetamine.

Graves has pleaded not guilty to 11 charges related to sex trafficking and drugs. He's defending himself in the trial in Bismarck. The Bismarck Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/1MUADt8 ) some of the woman who testified lashed out at him when he questioned them.

Graves was one of the main subjects in "The Overnighters," which won an award at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival. It followed a pastor who opened his church to homeless oil workers.
