BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A federal judge in North Dakota has granted another trial delay for a flight attendant accused of disrupting SkyWest flights in the upper Midwest and on the East Coast last year.

The attorney for Justin Cox-Sever said she wanted more time to prepare and prosecutors didn't object. Federal Judge Daniel Hovland moved the Arizona man's trial from early June to early August.

The trial originally was scheduled for late February and had already been delayed twice.

Cox-Sever is accused of making bogus bomb threats on a flight from Charlottesville, Virginia, to Chicago, and on a flight from Minneapolis to Dickinson, North Dakota.

Whether a trial actually will happen is uncertain. A prosecutor has said a plea deal is likely, and a public defender has said all options are being evaluated.
