BALTIMORE (AP) — Authorities in Baltimore are still refusing to provide more than a few sketchy details about the Freddie Gray investigation as a weekend of protest rallies looms.

Many residents are finding it hard to be patient after police revealed next to nothing Thursday about the criminal investigation report they turned over to the state's attorney's office. Gray died of injuries received while in police custody following his arrest on April 12.

Protesters are sticking with their plans to demonstrate Friday, even though the police handed the report over to prosecutors a day earlier than expected.

Police Commissioner Anthony Batts says a 10 p.m. curfew for all residents, and a state of emergency declared by Gov. Larry Hogan, will remain in effect through Sunday.
