Bismarck Man Arrested for Pellet Gun “Terrorizing”
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Formal charges are pending against a Bismarck man who allegedly threatened people with what turned out to be a pellet gun.
Police on Sunday responded to reports of a man making violent statements and pointing a handgun at people on East Main Street. KXMB-TV reports that officers located the man at a store parking lot and recovered the pellet gun.
The 18-year-old suspect was taken to jail on a terrorizing charge.
