BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A North Dakota man has been sentenced to six years in prison on a child pornography charge.

Zachary Tibor, of Bismarck, pleaded guilty in June to possession of materials involving the sexual exploitation of minors. A second charge was dropped in exchange for the plea.

Authorities say Tibor had "numerous computer files" that involved minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

Tibor was ordered the pay $2,250 to the victim.
