The National Weather Services has reissued a Blizzard Warning for central and northern parts of the state through 9 p.m., Wednesday night.

Although the warning takes place outside of Bismarck, if you happen to be traveling to the northern or eastern parts of the state, know that as strong winds continue to roll throughout the area, heavy snow drifts are wreaking havoc on visibility. Dangerous conditions still remain in many of these areas, causing visibility to be less than a quarter mile.

The Blizzard Warning is in effect for areas near Minot, Devils Lake, and Jamestown.

There is still a Winter Weather Advisory in effect for Fargo, Grand Forks, Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls, Crookston, and Bemidji. Additional accumulations in any of these areas are expected to be light.
