WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) — Bond has been set at $10,000 for a Williston woman who police say videotaped her boyfriend attacking a man who later died.

Thirty-year-old Jessica Gibson is charged with hindering law enforcement, a felony that carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison.

Gibson also faces a felony charge of attacking a correctional officer while in custody. The Williston Herald reports defense attorney Nicole Foster said in court Monday that her client didn't receive her medication before confronting the officer.

Gibson is due back in court on Nov. 12 and could enter pleas at that time.

Gibson is the girlfriend of Kyle Siler, who faces an aggravated assault charge in the alleged Aug. 8 beating of Dean Niederklopfer outside a strip club. Niederklopfer died about four days later.
