In April of 1966, Charley Pride released his debut album, Country. In the 50 years since, the artist has earned three Grammys and multiple CMA Awards, and notched more than 30 No. 1 hits. Throughout 2016, Pride will be on tour to celebrate his golden musical anniversary.

Pride's tour will kick off on April 30 in Albuquerque, N.M., and make stops in a handful of southern states and throughout Canada. The last currently announced stop is on Nov. 18 in Wendover, Nev.; a full list of dates is below.

"I feel blessed that I'm still going strong after 50 years" Pride says in a press release. "I've always loved to sing for audiences, and that's never going to change."

On Jan. 7, 1967, Pride became the first African-American singer to perform at the Grand Ole Opry. He recently received the Ameripolitan Music Awards' Master Award, in recognition of his trailblazing endeavors.
