Chris Young just released the details of his next studio album. Losing Sleep will be his sixth album, and it drops this fall.

Young says that Losing Sleep will be released on Oct. 20. During a Facebook Live chat with fans on Thursday (Aug. 23), the "Losing Sleep" singer was nearly giddy sharing details about the project. It was a true labor of love that will include some traditional songs alongside the more progressive. During the video Young shared a new song called "Where I Go When I Drink," as well.

"Where I Go When I Drink" is a piano-driven ballad that serves as a vocal showcase for Young. He says he's a co-writer on every song on the album, but wouldn't share any other specifics, other than he'll be releasing Losing Sleep on vinyl as well at some point.

Young's sixth studio album comes on the heels of his very successful I'm Comin' Over album. I'm Comin' Over was certified gold and included three No. 1 hits, including a duet with Cassadee Pope and another with Vince Gill. He hasn't said if he has any other collaborations planned for Losing Sleep but told Taste of Country in June that he's already recorded with the top names on his bucket list.

Young has been a more than reliable hitmaker since "Gettin' You Home" reached No. 1 in 2009. Since then only one radio single has charted outside of the Top 5 on Billboard's Country Airplay chart and many have been certified gold for 500,000 singles sold.
