Cobb Due in Court for Conference

CARSON, N.D. (AP) — A jailed white supremacist accused of terrorizing his fellow residents in a small North Dakota town is due in court for a pretrial conference.

Sixty-two-year-old Craig Cobb has pleaded not guilty to seven counts of terrorizing. He could face up to 35 years in prison if convicted. A trial date has not yet been set. He's due in court Monday in Carson.

Cobb and Kynan Dutton were arrested in Leith in mid-November after allegedly terrorizing residents with guns. They said they were patrolling the town because of violence and harassment directed at them.

The 29-year-old Dutton pleaded guilty last month to reduced misdemeanor counts of menacing and disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to time served and two years of probation and must testify against Cobb.
