Crash Involving Anhydrous Ammonia Tanker Closes Highway 83 Near Minot [VIDEO]

An early morning crash involving an anhydrous ammonia tanker has closed Highway 83, just eight miles south of Minot.

According to KFYR, multiple vehicles were involved in the crash, which led the North Dakota Highway Patrol to close both the north and southbound lanes of Highway 83 temporarily.

One person died, as a result of the accident. Multiple others were injured.
