BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Gov. Jack Dalrymple is delivering his third State of the State address to state lawmakers and the public.

The event begins Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the House chamber of the state Capitol.

Dalrymple gave his first State of the State address in 2011, after serving for a decade as the state's lieutenant governor.

The governor's address will be streamed live over the Internet at www.governor.nd.gov .
