Fargo Firefighter Evaluated After Vehicle Crashes Into Engine

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A Fargo firefighter was taken to a hospital to be evaluated after a crash involving a fire engine.

Firefighters responded to the scene of a traffic crash on Interstate 29 shortly before 7:30 p.m. Thursday. Another vehicle approaching the scene struck the fire engine while it was parked in a position to protect the accident scene from oncoming vehicles.

Officials said the firefighter did not appear to be seriously injured.
