Hockey Day North Dakota Events for Saturday have been postponed to this Monday, January 20th.  Bismarck High's game vs Fargo South has been moved to 1 O'clock on Monday at Allen Field!  This is all due to the Blizzard Warning that is forecasted for the Jamestown area.  Probably a good thing because the latest forecast looks brutal, even by North Dakota standards.

At the time of this article, a Blizzard Warning has been issued for Jamestown and all of SE and Eastern North Dakota.  Game time temps were expected to be around minus 6 air temp with winds around 30 to 50 mph creating wind chills around 40 below expected.  Most of the snow in this storm will fall Friday overnight with a ground blizzard on Saturday.  Monday's weather looks significantly warmer.

As for the games, it will feature High School games with Jamestown playing West Fargo Sheyenne, Bismarck High playing a red hot Fargo South team, numerous youth boys and girls hockey games and a college game featuring Jamestown and UND's club team.  All outdoors at Allen Field.

The games are scheduled to be on BEK Sports TV.
